Erin Boyd, Principal

Erin Boyd has served as the principal of Louine Noble Elementary in Liberty Hill ISD since August 2025. She is grateful for the opportunity to lead a school community built on strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to every child’s success.
A former Liberty Hill ISD student, Erin takes pride in returning to the district where her love of learning first began. She believes elementary school should be a place where students feel known, supported, and excited to come to school each day.
She brings over 14 years of experience in Texas public education, including previous leadership roles within LHISD as assistant principal at Tierra Rosa and Rancho Sienna Elementary. Erin holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas State University and a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Erin is also a proud Liberty Hill ISD parent and is grateful that her children are part of an amazing district that focuses on Building Champions.
Colleen Hawkins, Assistant Principal

Colleen Hawkins has served as the Assistant Principal of Louine Noble Elementary since August 2025. She loves having the opportunity to support a school community that values strong relationships, student growth, and a commitment to excellence for all learners.
With more than 20 years of experience in education (including 8 years in Liberty Hill ISD), Colleen has served in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, Dyslexia Specialist, and ARD Facilitator before moving into campus administration. As part of a military family, she has had the opportunity to teach across multiple states and grade levels, from kindergarten through fifth grade, as well as at the college level. These diverse experiences have strengthened her passion for meeting the needs of every student and supporting educators in their important work.
Colleen earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida. She believes that strong partnerships between teachers, students, and families are essential to creating positive and meaningful learning experiences.
Colleen and her husband have five children who either currently attend or have graduated from Liberty Hill ISD schools. She is honored to serve a community she loves and is dedicated to helping every student thrive both academically and personally.
